Made exclusively from Alicante’s ubiquitous red Monastrell grape, this organic rosé strikes a beautiful balance between fresh punchy fruit and refined elegance. Cool fermented to accentuate the fresh fruit flavours, there’s a burst of strawberries, raspberries and sweet melon on the nose, the palate lush but dry with a long, pleasant finish.
