Stone fruit, lime, kiwi, and passionfruit flavours are backed up by great minerality. Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine freshness and acidity, while the Verdejo provides great aromatics and length. This is a refreshing crowd-pleaser. Try with seafood, Mexican cuisine such as fish tacos or chicken enchiladas, antipasti and salads, goats’ or feta cheese.
