A bright yellow wine from a Ligurian grape variety, this is fruity yet dry, intriguing yet approachable, full of peaches, acacia honey and broom flowers.This wine is made by a fish addict so it is not surprising that it goes extremely well with fish, especially richer seafood dishes. Also try it with other local specialities - artichokes, coniglio alla Ligure, torta verde, foccaccia drenched in Taggiasca olive oil and farinata.
