Tasting Notes:
Opulent and weighty nose of honey, mango, orange peel and forest mushrooms. A palate rich in acacia blossoms, marmalade and passion fruit aromas. This is a well-balanced and concentrated sweet white wine, with a creamy texture and a long finish. The ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or when partnered with cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes and pies. It is also our recommended drink of choice to go with goose liver. To prepare a delicious cheese board, serve it with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort, while it is also perfect with charcuterie.
