A complex wine, with toasted nuts, green apples lime peel, as well as some dried fruits and floral notes. Oily, warm and rich, with punchy acidity that lifts the wine. Elegant and long. Food pairing recommendation: A harmonious and versatile drink that goes very well with poultry and fish as well as a creamy pasta dish. Pair it with goat cheeses such as St. Helen's or Picodon to bring out the best in both.
